Customer Experience Platform

AfroCX

The African customer-experience AI platform.

One platform, every language, every industry. AfroCX™ is built for African markets and the languages their customers actually speak — not an English product with translation applied afterwards. Each industry has its own edition.

The Service Reality

The demand arrived before the tooling did.

National-ID programmes are moving millions of first-time customers into digital channels, and into support queues sized for far fewer. Most assistants those customers meet are English-only, or English with translation bolted on — neither survives contact with how people actually speak.

Customers Are Not Served in Their Own Language

Most deployed assistants handle English well and everything else poorly. Customers are asked to switch languages to be understood, which is the opposite of service.

Code-Switching Breaks Ordinary Bots

Real customers mix their language with English domain terms mid-sentence. Systems trained on monolingual data mishandle exactly the sentences that matter most.

Contact Centres Cannot Absorb the Volume

Business-hours coverage, long queues and high cost per contact. Routine questions crowd out the conversations that genuinely need a person.

Messaging Is Already Where Customers Are

Customers are on messaging platforms before any vendor arrives. Reach is not the problem to be solved; being understood is.

An Aggregate Score Hides the Gap

A system reporting strong average accuracy can be failing an entire language group inside that average. Reported per segment, the gap becomes visible and fixable.

Compliance Is Not a Later Phase

Residency, tenant isolation and auditability cost multiples to retrofit, and lose regulated deals in the meantime.

What It Is

One platform. An edition for every industry.

AfroCX is a single customer-experience platform, delivered as a purpose-built edition for each industry. Every edition answers from your own published content and policies, connects to the systems you already run, and speaks to your customers in the language they choose.

Hub connected to four nodes

Channels Your Customers Already Use

Messaging and web today, with further channels added over time without disrupting the service your customers are already using.

Understands How People Actually Speak

Handles African languages and the code-switching real customers use mid-sentence, rather than asking them to change how they talk in order to be understood.

Answers Grounded in Your Content

Responses come from your published policies, products and procedures — not from a model's general knowledge of the world.

Two systems linked to a third

Connected to Your Systems

Secure integration with the systems you already run, with identity checks and limits appropriate to what the customer is asking to do.

Trust and Compliance Built In

Personal data protection, safety controls, data residency and a complete audit trail — present from day one, not added after a review.

Dial gauge with a needle

Operated and Measured

Consoles for your team, analytics on what customers actually ask, and reporting you can take to a board or a regulator.

The Editions

Seven editions. One platform behind them.

Each edition is AfroCX shaped for one industry — its terminology, its regulatory context, and the conversations its customers actually have. The platform underneath is the same in every case.

Questions Institutions Ask

Before a Pilot Begins

Which languages does AfroCX support?

Amharic and English are available now, including the code-switching between them that real customers use. Afaan Oromoo, Af-Soomaali, Tigrigna and Swahili are coming next, and other major African languages are already in the pipeline. If a language matters to your customers and is not listed yet, tell us — this platform was built for African languages from the start.

Your data stays yours, and stays separate from every other customer’s. AfroCX can be delivered as a managed service, deployed inside your own cloud, or run on your premises — so the answer your regulator needs is a deployment choice rather than a compromise.

Performance is measured and reported per language and per customer group, never as a single average that can hide a group being served badly. Before launch, an independent AfroEval Scorecard™ engagement assesses the deployment and produces evidence a board or a regulator can read.

It does not guess. Where there is not enough confidence to answer well, the conversation goes to one of your people with the context already gathered — rather than producing something that sounds right and is not.

Very likely. Editions exist for banking and fintech, telecom, insurance, healthcare, public sector, legal and retail, and the platform is built to take on new sectors. The starting point is a short scoping conversation about your customers, your content and the systems involved.

Yes, and we recommend it. A bounded pilot on a focused set of enquiries runs against your own content, inside your own boundary, and is measured before anything is extended.

Find out how the platform performs in your customers' languages.

A briefing walks through the architecture, how an edition is built for your industry, and what a bounded pilot would cover.

African-language-first. Compliance-native. Independently assured.
